List Tasks
List the workspace’s agent tasks.
A task is an agent nobody talks to: a prompt, one LLM, tools and MCP
servers, the variables it takes as input, and the typed result it must
produce. last_run says how the most recent run of each one went, so a
task whose prompt stopped calling submit_result is visible here rather
than only in its own history.
